Bonded Agency is delighted to have been awarded ‘Best Digital Marketing Campaign – Finance’ at the Northern Digital Awards 2023, kickstarting a year of significant growth for the digital and media agency.
The award recognises the Newcastle-based digital and media agency’s pay-per-click marketing efforts with longstanding client One Utility Bill.
The campaign was awarded the win thanks to the overall results translating to an 81% year-on-year increase in leads delivered via paid search and social. The work focussed on reaching new customers through paid search, made particularly difficult during a transition to Google’s new campaign type, Performance Max, as well as expansion to new audiences on paid social through the testing of new creative, and highly considered targetting.
A meticulous approach to both testing and understanding the client’s business enabled the campaign to deliver the substantial YoY increase in leads, smashing both an initial, and a stretch target set by the client. The volume proved so great that the client eventually had to pause the campaign due to not having the capacity to deal with the volume of leads, a phenomenal result in a competitive and expensive niche.
