The Audio‑Technica Project
Audio‑Technica is a globally recognised brand for high-performance headphones, microphones and professional audio equipment. They approached us with a clear goal:
Create an eCommerce experience that reflects the brand’s quality, improves conversion, and supports future growth.
The existing site faced challenges with navigation, product discovery and performance. Customers found it more challenging to locate products, and the site wasn’t converting as effectively as it could.
Our brief was to deliver a premium, high-performing, user-friendly eCommerce platform that also supports the brand’s long-term commercial goals.

Our Approach
User-Focused Design
Audio‑Technica serves a wide range of customers – from professional sound engineers to casual consumers. We mapped user journeys to ensure everyone could navigate the site intuitively.
The design focused on:
- Clear product categorisation and navigation
- Accessible technical product information
- Smooth purchase flows with clear calls to action
This approach ensured users could find and buy products quickly while enjoying a seamless experience.
Performance and Optimisation
We prioritised speed and reliability, improving both front-end performance and server response. Efficient image delivery and asset management helped create a fast-loading site, even during traffic peaks.
